Trying to lose the last 5 pounds! Need Advice and Support :)

Hi! My name is Christina. I am 23 and currently trying to lose the last 5 pounds. I have never been so proud of how far I have come in my weightloss journey. I am 5'1 and petite I started at 118 and I am currently 107. I would love to get to 102 and maintain. I have started HITT and I weight lift also. It has made such a difference. I want to decrease my body fat and increase lean muscle. I know the reason why my weight isn't going down as much is because I am gaining muscle. I eat around 1200/1300 calories a day which may seem like not a lot but I am small and don't need as much. The reason why I gain weight is because I over eat. My diet for the most part is clean eating. Oatmeal, greek yogurt berries for breakfast. Luna bars, cottage cheese, veggies/fruits for lunch and healthy dinners, fish, lean mean, salads, whole grains etc. I am adding whey protein powder to my diet also. I workout 4 times a week ( cardio and weightlifting). Any tips for losing the last 5 pounds, and or lose more body fat and gain lean muscle? Any tips help thank you!

I'm down to my last 8lbs. My only advice is meticulous logging and a boat load of patience!
Our deficit is so tiny, mine is anyway, that a day here or there of inconsistent logging will throw out my weekly deficit pretty easily.0 -
Congrats on getting down to the last 8! Yes I agree i try to log the best I can sometimes its hard to count everything you eat lol yep I agree, good luck and feel free to add me0

I lost the first 24lbs relatively easily and consistently.

You're at your ideal weight. Have you looked into a recomp?0
