Going Back to Fit and Healthy

About 5 years ago, I lost over 30 pounds and was a long distance runner. My last marathon was in 2012. Since then, I've gained 35 pounds and can barely run for 30 minutes. I'm starting on my journey back to fitness.

I have been losing the weight but struggling to get running again. I'll jump in! I have done a bunch of marathons and triathlons but have lost interest the last 2 years. My goal is to be at 125 by 3/30. I have been working on losing weight with a friend and that is our next goal check in. I am 134 now. Have lost 21 lbs. but need to get running!0
