Going Back to Fit and Healthy

About 5 years ago, I lost over 30 pounds and was a long distance runner. My last marathon was in 2012. Since then, I've gained 35 pounds and can barely run for 30 minutes. I'm starting on my journey back to fitness.

If you need a do-over and want to overcome the "why did I do this to myself" mentality, join in and let's encourage each other to press forward to health.

    I have been losing the weight but struggling to get running again. I'll jump in! I have done a bunch of marathons and triathlons but have lost interest the last 2 years. My goal is to be at 125 by 3/30. I have been working on losing weight with a friend and that is our next goal check in. I am 134 now. Have lost 21 lbs. but need to get running!
