New here. Well, kinda.

Hi everyone!

My name is Schrelle and I'm working on getting in shape and healthier. My goal is to lose about 95 lbs. I signed up with Myfitnesspal a few years ago. I was tracking my exercise and food and then fell off and forgot about this site. Picked it up again today with tracking, but started working out and eating better last week. Exercise can be a bit of a challenge for me because I have Osteoarthritis in my knees. It's bad. Pretty much bone on bone in both knees. I figured joining the community here will help with my goal. I'm hoping to get some tips and learn a lot from the good people here. Motivation always helps too.

    Hi Schrelle, maybe we can motivate each other. I'm looking for someone to partner up with. I need to get off about 50-60 pounds.
