There is no evidence tying dietary cholesterol with serum cholesterol. This is why The new USDA recommendations about to be released say that eggs are good for you.0

Recent report on CNN states Cholesterol is not a nutrient of concern for overconsumption and shows little or no relation between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol.

Eggs are the single best whole feed there is packed with good cholesterol. I recommend reading the book, Eat the Yolks. Excellent history of food with all of it's myths.0

All the fat soluble vitamins are in the yolk. If all you eat is the white all you get is protein.0

When I was pregnant I ate two fried eggs every morning with a piece of toast to keep my blood sugar normal and I got my cholesterol down to normal levels. Eggs are good!0
