    Welcome aboard!

    I only joined two weeks ago and I have found that this site has been such a great help in keeping track of the food you eat so that you can keep to your calorie counts and stuff. Honestly you've come to the right place. I log in everyday and It really has been such a great help and in a way has inspired me to keep going, because you see how amazing everyone else using this site has done and you realise that one day as long as you put the work in, you too can be like them and get your smile back again! :)
