Chicken marinade:

You will need:
4 tablespoons medium nandos sauce
1/2 teaspoon Peri Peri salt
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 Garlic clove mashed
1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Then just coat chicken by brushing on the marinade, Cook straight away or leave in fridge for a few hours for more flavour. I usually pan fry these until chargrilled which results in the perfect Nandos taste. Eat with a nice salad/spicy whole grain rice/etc etc etc and voila! :)

Hope you enjoy! I found it perfect as I normally get bored of plain chicken breast. This is just enough spice/flavour. The garlic is a bit much tho if you're not into garlic skip the half a clove. ️Xxx

This looks great! I love Nando's - it's the only restaurant my kid loves that fits my macros too. :-) Saving your recipe to try later. :-)

You used the sauce, rather than the marinade, right?

Yep! I remember I tried the marinade before but that tastes different and is much spicier, this is the medium sauce and it's in a orange bottle! I also poured a drop when it was in the pan they stayed nice and moist :)) hope you enjoy it
