    Don't worry, we have even less in Australia :grumble:
    This is sad, I've been looking at grad schools abroad, including Australia. If you guys lack food then that's just depressing :(

    Pietro Ferrero, who really created Nutella (trying to save money) died in 1949. It was his son that died recently. Apparently the company is still totally family owned and run. Which is sort of awesome.

    Food porn! ooohhhhh!!!!! Anyway, about the scale, my way is to weigh on Saturday mornings, before eating anything, with clothes off. If I have had a lot of sodium Friday or there is any other reason I may be bloated, I postpone it until I feel that I am not bloated any more.

    I weigh everyday, though Friday's are my 'official' days. Some times (though rarely since I have been exercising 5 days a week) I might have a water weight gain on a friday so may show a higher number than I 'should' have, but I will usually then see a 'big' drop the next friday. Because I know the rest of the weeks numbers were down I know that I did lose weight/am trending downwards.
