I want to ask everyone who are starting to eat healthy and trying to loose weight what are some meal plans you follow everyday to loose weight what foods will help the process
I'm tired of eating the Same thing most days
Breakfast
I usually stick to egg whites 45 calorie bread (one slice) sometimes low fat yogart
Lunch chicken broccoli & boiled white rice
Dinner: i usually eat some kind of Mexican food dish
But I really knew what to eat to make me loose my tummy

Angel im no expert but the mexican dinners is what kills me lol...its def a hard sacrificeee!0

Ive been eating lots of eggs, brocoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, chicken, salads also..beans and lentils have been amazing since theyr good protein and high in fiber, feel great!0

Eat anything you like, just cut the portions down so that you are in a deficit. And then you will lose weight.0

Set your calorie deficit by MFP and stay within that. Weight loss isn't about what you eat, it's just a matter of how much. Eat what you like, just less of it.0

Whatever foods you like that will allow you to hit your macronutrients, macronutrients along with vitamins minerals. No one can give you a specific meal plan. You have to construct it yourself because you are the one that's eating it.

Check out the cookbook by Rocco Dispirito, "Now eat This". It's got some great recipes and he lists the nutritional facts. I think he also has s new book out.

It makes life a lot easier, I've got other **** to do, and when I want to cook, I want it to be something decent, so I'll want to block 4 or 5 hours to cook a dinner, allows that process to be more efficient as well.

Don't over complicate things, losing weight & gaining weight is really very simple.
What ever you've set your calories at stick to then if you've stopped losing weight weekly / fortnightly then reduce calories by 2-300
Your diet doesn't need to be bland either, he'll you could lose weight eating fast food day in day out although it's not optimal for micro nutrients. Follow people and check out there diarys for food ideas, shameless plug there0 -
There is no meal plan to lose weight.
Eat what you like and eat at a reasonable calorie deficit, starting with what MFP gave you at setup. You can tweak later if needed. Enter everything caloric you eat and drink into your food diary.
Get enough protein and fat. MFP default goals should be regarded as minimum values. But no need to overdo or complicate things either.
Get enough vegetables and fruit. A minimum of 3 vegs and 2 fruits is recommended by health authorities around the world.
Eat a varied diet and combine different food groups in each meal. Do not restrict any foods or food groups unless true medical issues.
For most people, a diet revolving around home cooked meals made from fresh whole foods, is most satiating. But you have to figure out what suits you and your lifestyle.0 -

I haven't tried it, I like the DIY concept and the spirit behind the whole idea, but the more I learn about food the less certain I am that anyone knows how to properly fuel our species (damn that's sad!) so I'm leery of it now for fear of missing out on something from fruits, veggies, or meats that researchers don't even realize we need yet.0 -

I count my macros and as long as I fall within those general guidelines then I'm good.0

I have been making my own veggie/fruit drink every morning for the last 5 years. In the beginning I lost 20 lbs and have been able to maintain the weight without making major changes to my overall diet. Last month I started the 10,000 steps a days program and it has also been helping in shedding the remaining 5 lbs I want to lose.0

The DIY would probably be worth it on busy days if I can make it taste like brownie.0 -
Soylent with a dash of Torani's sugar free syrups is a good option for those who don't like the taste. My SO likes the chocolate flavor.
I personally enjoy soylent without any added flavors, but that's just me.0
