Trying to bring back what I had

Years ago I was the slim toned girl in the group, now I'm the one in baggy clothes hiding every part of me and many photographs make me look pregnant.
A serious bout of depression after a very unhealthy relationship made me seek the comfort food and gain about 80lbs. Now I'm pulling myself back up and need to help myself by shifting all of the excess weight I gained.
I'm also very concerned about the damage I've caused to my health and how the lack of exercise has destroyed my fitness.

I'd love to find some supporters who can help me through this journey and enhance any positivity :) thank you all x

    You can do it! I was in a similar situation to you a few years a go & put all my energy into losing weight & exercising. It was such a great feeling being slim & I felt so confident. The body is an amazing machine; once you get into a routine of eating well & exercising your body will repair any damage. I'm now trying to lose the weight I gained whilst pregnant.
