i just started a weight loss regimen in January and have lost 20 lbs so far. I'm hoping I can continue

Thanks! The first pounds were easy. Now I'm stuck a bit so I reduced calorie intake to see what happens.0

Instead of reducing calorie intake. Try a one day apple break. My nutritionist told me about it last time I got stuck. Basically you have only apples for one day up to your current calorie limit. It jumpstarts your metabolism again.0
