Hey up mate! Hoping you might be able to help... Iv lost almost 3 stone last year and now wish to carry on loosing weight . Although iv started weight training 4 times a week. Please share any tips etc...

Sijomial, thanks for that .will have a read . Nidi2012 . To be honest , iv been on and off on my training .. but the biggest help i have had with this has been intermittent fasting . I have a eating window from 12pm to 8 or 9 pm . I had a old myfitnesspal account. .but over the christmas hokidays i have been slacking . This is a new account as im starting to start from scratch again. Only help i know for sure that will give you more results...is the caloric intake..and the macros..im no expert in figuring out macros. .but if you are..im sure switching up the numbers will help you out .0
