Mfp has me eating 1050 calories a day- and I do meet this (occasionally go over by 25-50 cals). I eat loads of vegetables, monitor my fruits because if sugar, eat low amounts of carbs and good lean protein. I did this for the entire week....and lost 4oz- what the heck am I doing wrong?!?

You have your goal set too aggressively. Additionally, you will earn calories through exercise.
As per not losing anything, you'll need to open your diary.

it has only been a week…

also, you need to be netting AT LEAST 1200 calories a day ...

Unless there is a glitch occurring, MFP did not set your calories that low. They have a 1200 calorie minimum.

I'd recommend trying to reset your goals in you settings (and being honest about your daily activity level) and see if anything changes. When I said I am sedentary (which I'm not as a teacher) it said 1200, and I stopped losing weight after 4 lbs. When I switched it to 'lightly active' it upped me to almost 1500 and I started to lose again. You really do need to eat enough to fuel your body in order to lose weight.

I thought 1050 was low- I'll up it to 1200 and see how I do. Thank you
