Wedding in July

My daughter is getting married in July and my husband and I have started a weight loss journey...forever I might add. I would like to kick it up a notch and be able to find a dress that I don't have to buy in the "plus size". I currently weight approximately 225 pounds and would like to be around 190 by the end of May. I am looking for support, tips, motivation. Thank you all for the support

Hi, sounds like you've set a realistic goal for May so no reason why that shouldn't happen if you stick to the plan MFP sets for you. Log everything and don't 'reward' yourself till you really deserve it, maybe like once you reach your 190 goal for May. Don't weigh yourself too often either, go by how your clothes feel. Good luck!0
