Awww man that's a tough one as I too am hitting too high in sodium.
I met with my doctor and she pretty much gave me the same diet I had back months ago which was to eat more grilled chicken lean turkey and some ground beef

Avoid ready made meals and cook yourself. Your sodium will sink automatically.

Basically just anything you make yourself from scratch. Most meats are fine, just avoid ones like bacon (makes me sad even saying that), smoked fish etc. Soy sauce and stock cubes/gels are also pretty high.

Bear in mind that you need a fair bit of sodium in your diet so don't go too low.

Sodium has gotten a bad reputation over the past several decades, but that's starting to change. If you have a problem with hypertension then perhaps it's best to monitor your intake. Otherwise it isn't necessary to be overly concerned about it. Just drink plenty of water and you should be fine.
