Really struggling to reach my daily allowance and keep it healthy! Fussy eater and struggling on meals to make! Going to the gym regularly so really could do with keeping the calories up!

Try to combine lot of your favorite food and condiments together have that be big meal.0

It would be easier to help if you ask more specific questions, or open your food diary. Since we don't know what you like, how you've been eating, how you'd like to eat, etc, we'd all be suggesting a lot of the wrong things -- food is pretty personal.0
