STARTING WEIGHT - 70 Kgs ( 154 lbs )

calories = 2050
Protein - 150g
Carbs - 250g
Fats - 50g
Fiber - 35g

Goal is to lose 5-6 lbs in the next 5-6 weeks before my family go for a holiday

Strategy:

Week 1 : Deload week with 2050 calories & 2 x 20 mins HIIT CARDIO

    I wish you luck, seems like a really reasonable plan.. and thats a huge nutrients intake, I wouldnt even know how to eat all that in a day but sounds fun!

    its actually not that much food considering the energy output I plan to do, Im more worried of getting hungry & cranky with those intake in the next 6 weeks but hey.... you gotta do what you gotta do!
