Every time you add cardio exercise, it increases the gram amounts of your macronutrients to keep them as percentages of your total calorie goal.0

My normal macro/calorie goals:
I just did 40 minutes on the elliptical!
Change your weight enough that your calories lowered? THen bam, new grams because it bases the macros off of percentages from your caloric intake goal.
I don't see why you are arguing over the way the website works.

when I was 160 my cals were 1750, when I went to 158 they lowered to 1610. The weight change and added cardio probably changed the calorie goal.0 -

daamn. Glad I stick to TDEE method and manually change my goals based on my real-time results lol. Seems like an unnecessarily huge drop for 2lb loss.0 -
It changes when I log my exercise. It does that by adding in the number of calories it says were burned, with corresponding percentages of nutrients. I'll eat back half the calories it says I burned, because I don't trust the number it gives me. I think I burned 300, not 550.0
