Has anyone seen conversions for 21 day fix meals using the portion control containers?

This explains it so easily. There is also a YouTube clip where a guy pours water in each one to give you exact ounces. I think I searched 21 day fix container sizes on YouTube. Hope this helps.0 -

IMHO, spend the money on a good digital food scale - weigh and measure everything, log it all. Makes more sense to me than putting your food in cute little Tupperware containers.0
