Hey everyone- trying to be more consistent with daily logging and could use some friends :-)

  • Hey everyone! I've been tracking my food and workouts on here for 267 days now and can tell you the logging definitely helps! I've dropped 30 lbs of fat and am starting to put on lean muscle. Feel free to add me and if you have any questions about the logging I'll do my best to help!
