I just purchased turbofire and i'm hoping some people here who have tried it can come give a review on it. What did you like, what didn't you like? Was it effective? Etc.

Anyone who's done the program or who is currently doing it, could you give some feedback? I'm currently doing CLX but I'm going to to turbofire following this program & then a hybrid of the 2 following that. Anyone else went for this!?

thanks in advance to anyone who gives a review!

TurboFire is amazing! You are going to love it and you WILL see results, especially doing the CLX also.

Totally love it!! It helped me reach my goal weight after many years trying. Currenlty doing the hybrid with CLX.

Do you have to learn the dances and things first? Or can you just jump right on in day one and get the hang of it?

I absolutely love it also. I'm doing the hybrid with CLX right now. My favorite "class" is Fire 55. When are you starting?

There are New to Class options that preview the moves if you need to. I had done Turbo Jam, so most of the moves were familiar.

There is a "new to class" option so for the first 1 or 2 times you do a DVD the video adds in about 30 seconds of her teaching the set slowly so newbies can get the hang of it.

The warm up is identical to Turbo Jam but the workouts are different variations. It all feels like section nature after a few watches.

I did it and honestly didn't think I got much for results and it hurt my knees really badly. I actually had to go to an orthopedic specialist after 6 weeks of the program and he advised me to quit. I still have the program and will throw it in once in a blue moon because it is so much fun.

TF is fast and high impact: Aerobics.
CLX as you know, is strength training. You'll love combining both.

If I were you, I would continue with some strength training while you do TF, if you are used to heavy weights with CLX you may want to ramp up the elastic bands-weights in the TF workouts.

    Enjoy them!! ^_^
