Fat loss takes time and effort. Keep working it; loss will come. (and I'm telling myself the same thing)

I don't mean this to be snarky....but in just one week, how would you even know?

    Really, give it some time.
  • I have been using mfp for over 1 month...and working out 3-5 times a week. Body pump 3 times a week...and cardio twice a week. Following 5 small meal plan a day with 45%protein

What are your stats and calorie goals?
One week/month really isn't enough time to tell if something is working or not. Also it sometimes takes the scales longer to catch up with what our bodies are doing..

Are you measuring and weighing your food with a food scale?

Sometimes I drop nothing for 10 days and sometime I drop 3 pounds in 5 days.

Weightloss isn't linear. As long as you are following a calorie deficit you will lose weight. There are other factors that affect your weight during the day (ie water intake, sodium intake, medications) that some weeks don't result in a loss.

    One week - yer funny.

Give it 2 or 3 months at a significant Caloric Deficit and report back...

Did you put on significant amounts of weight in one week?

    No?

Then why on Earth would it be reasonable to expect significant amounts of weight LOSS in one week?

Come on. Be fair to your body. Be nice! Give it time, at least as much time as you gave yourself to gain. You'll get there.

    None of that matters.

    None of it.

This is the one-and-only thing that matters: what, exactly, is your Caloric Deficit and how do you know that?

So ... what is it and how do you know?
