hi guys am at my heaviest ever of 15st 11lb :( but things are going to change!!!

    Hi Maddy, just rejoined myself. Me too at my heaviest and I will change that. Just started this morning and will sort my self out. Good luck - but you will do it, as you have taken the trouble to sign up with MFP.

    i am a fat pen pusher.
    i was at my heaviest just 4 weeks ago when i too tipped the scales at 15st 11 lbs. i am now down to 14st 9lbs. got lots more to lose though. everyone can feel free to add me.
