Going Vegan For Orthodox Lent

Looking for vegan friends who don't mind either sharing their diaries or just recipes with me. My kids are excused from fasting and my husband is not participating so I am trying to do this on my own. Could use a little help with a variety of foods to eat during Easter and Christmas. This will be my first fast.
