    Right. And I disagree with the 4-18 comment. That doesn't mean women who are under a size 4 aren't healthy. This question doesn't have a definitive answer as a number.

    I feel my best when I'm between a 10/12. Even at my fittest I've never been thin and I'm perfectly ok with that.
