Hello everybody
Im Fairly new to MFP started the 1200 cals a day from 1st Jan 2015 to lost 3 stone
I'm doing ok I guess but finding the motivation to keep exercising g quite hard
I'm from the UK and I have 2 daughters age 6 and 4. I'm hoping to find some new peeps in similar situation to me as since having my daughters I've piled on the weight and find g it hard to win the battle to shift it

I am with you on that one. I have three kids 13,11 and 8. I also work full time and my husband works nights. It's hard to find time for the gym0
