Do you want to know the NUMBER one reason why someone fails at what they set out to accomplish??? Are you ready....?


EXCUSES!

Did you know that excuses are WELL PLANNED LIES! They are "reasons" you have for not doing what you know you SHOULD be doing. Successful people wake up and do what they need to do without complaining, moaning and groaning, without thinking. Why? Because they know what it takes! Everyday you have to wake up and be DETERMINED. You can't let anything stop you because you are better than that.

Stop acting on your FEELINGS and start acting on TRUTH and what you CAN and WILL do to get results.

Write out the most popular excuses that you make. Then look at them and refute them! Next to them write out what ACTION you can take in spite of those excuses.

I believe in you!! Go do the darn thing! :smiley:

    I really don't know about that, all I know is that we all go through hard times and if you really want something you need to wake up in the morning, nix the excuses and do what you need to do regardless of what you feel! You can make excuses or you can get results! If you're hungry of course eat. Don't deprive yourself. Your WHY has to be stronger than your excuses and acting on FEELING!
