Hello,
A coworker recommended this. I'm 28, 5'1 and 125 and want to loose 10 lbs . Which is easier said and done. I've been using the app and logging my meals and realized how I was eating and where I need to change. Esp since I have PCOS and since that is insulin resistant I need to watch my sugar.
Anyway, I am hoping this will help along with the fitbit will help me reach my goal sooner rather than later.
