Unbelievable Transformation?

Last night I took off my shirt and my wife and daughter said to stop sucking in my stomach to show off. I was not sucking it in! They did not believe me and made me walk around with no shirt on waiting for me to slip up and let it out. They still think I was 'holding it in' for over an hour. I am 20lbs lighter then in this picture0
