hi

I am looking for full length leggings that hold everything in and don't roll down during running or other exercise. So fed up of having to stop to pull trousers up. Any suggestions greatly appreciated x

For plus size, I've been really happy with Danskin (but I have the capris vs full length). I've also had good luck with Xersion from JCPenney.

I've had great luck with Old Navy.
I'm typically a medium but I get the smalls and they still fit without looking gross and they stay up. The mediums tend to slid down during running.

My Underarmour compression tights are a small and still slide down and drive me batty so I don't use them for running, just for skiing.

Champion, from Target, are good. I think I buy mediums in those but they have a drawstring.

Most of my capris and shorts are a mix of smalls and mediums and those stay up just fine.

Oh, I hate that. I've gotten to the point that I won't buy running compression pants or capris without a drawstring. I've found some I like at Old Navy.

Costco has also been carrying some long legged ones (I can't remember the brand but can check later) that seem to fit really well. I wore them while lifting last week and for a short stint on the treadmill and they didn't slide down. I bought them in a small though, which might be part of the reason why. :)

You called them trousers so I assume available in the UK? I get the USA Pro leggings from Sports Direct - they've got a thick waistband, come in a few different lengths, and are made from a good material.
