Chest workout for women

Just wondering people opinions on chest workouts for women? Are they benefical or is time better spent else where?

    I'm not really sure why you would skip any group of muscles.

    I strongly believe that women should strengthen all their muscles. Just because we have boobs doesn't mean those muscles don't get used.

    I work all muscle groups evenly....i rotate my days.....chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders and legs....abs daily :-)

    Speaking of which, it's chest day for me. My bench press is so light (like 95 lb max) but working the chest has done wonders for me.
