I want to know the best exercise to lose more and more calories without any equipment or gym
please suggest

    an 30 min other exercises like dips etc

    Run more. A 1 km run isn't much more than a warmup.

    so run 2 k a day. then increase at least one of your days.
    Final running program might look like 5 k run 5 k run rest day, 3k speed workout rest day
    10 k long slow run and rest day.

    my calories input is just 1300

    friends i run nonstop at speed of 12 kmph for 1 km in 5 min
    how can i increase this
    my breathing gets very much tried in this
    i am not able to run more than this, but i run nonstop
    do you think my speed is low or Time is less
    then suggest me how can i increase my running. time witout decreasing speed nonstop

    run slower until you learn to run properly....try the C25K program....run slow. like really slow.

    Also. eat more. you can eat more than 1300 and lose weight unless you're like 4 feet tall.

    Run 1k, walk 1k, run 1k, walk 1k, run 1k until you hit 5k. Keep that up running longer and walking shorter with a total of 5k each time. Eventually you will be running 5k without stopping.

    Also, you don't lose calories, you burn calories. Simply being alive you burn calories. You burn calories while sleeping. Exercise will cause you to burn more calories in a given amount of time.
