WHats shakin my AWESOME people of MFP!??

So Yesterday I had a HEAVY Lifting session and was meeting up with friends after wards for a late lunch . Of course they picked a place with the usual junk food Burgers, Pastas etc....

I ordered a FULL slab of ribs (for protein) and a side salad. :)

Was this a good after lifting meal? Man they were delicious!!!!!!

Umm...Sure. I ate ribs after I lifted yesterday too. Depends on your goals. I went over my deficit, so for me maybe it wasn't the best choice (but I don't care).

Did you enjoy it? Did it fit in to your daily calorie and macronutrient goals?

For me, it'd be a resounding yay.

Baby back or spare ribs? A full rack of spare ribs is perfect for "aggressive bulking."

The beer meets the checklist of being good. Were the ribs dry rubbed or sauced? Most commercial sauce is full of sugars and crap.

I'd say yes if they were beef ribs since I don't eat pork hahaha
I don't see a problem with burgers or pasta
