I just rec'd FB charge HR today and connected it to MFP. Hoping I can get in better shape and drop some weight. My biggest problem is night eating.

you need to eat less than you burn to lose weight. so make sure you weigh and measure everything you eat/drink. HRM are great, but YOU need to put the work in to see results.0

Thanks for the advice. Do you know how accurate the calorie burn measurement is with HRM? I am a professional musician (drummer) and my old Fitbit (flex model) measured based on arm movement, and overestimated when I was performing.0
