    Well done :) The fact an ED uses the strength of someones will-power against them, makes that very same will-power such an excellent weapon to use in fighting back against it!

    I think it is great that you are here, I really do.

    But I'll be honest- there are a number of MFP users who promote EDs. Some post in the forums and make threads that can be quite triggering for individuals in recovery.

    As someone who has worked with ED patients, MyFitnessPal was never recommended because it is a calorie counting website. Both tracking calories and weight loss is not a part of treatment.
