I have gained a lot of weight in the past few years. With help, I developed a food plan and am working on exercising. I want to lose about 40-45 pounds and be at my weight at 25 y/o (I am 32 now). On top of that, diabetes runs in my family and my doctor said I am starting to become insulin resistant. I was shocked when he told me this and really don't want to get diabetes, so that is an extra motivation in addition to looking better and being more confident. I have been doing this for about a week and really think I can maintain it. So I'm pretty excited! I would love to find friends who can help to motivate me and vice versa!
