Hi guys,
I'm headed to the grocery store this evening and need some help making up a list. Want to help by offering some ideas?? What are your favorite low-fat healthy options? What are some things that you can't live without? All suggestions welcome! Thanks.

I can't live without my natural almonds, bananas, reduced fat string cheese, apples, broccoli, green beans, sugar snap peas, eggland's best eggs, old fashioned oats, and greek yogurt. That is my usual on my list.

Boneless Chicken Breast and Pork. Some kind of fish, Flounder, Cod, Tilapia, or Salmon. Low cal bread, tortilla, Pitas. lots of Salad mixes and fresh Fruits and Veggies, cut them up when you get home so you can have them when you want them. Marie's yogurt dressings and Greenway organic red pepper dressing is great. Mister Mustard Hot mustard, a little goes a long way. Frozen Vegetables with no sauce. Whole Grain Pasta, No soduim Canned tomatoes, and pasta sauce. Sweet potatoes.
Whole grain crackers, Low fat milk and cheese ( Moz., Swiss, Munster, Cheddar). Kraft olive oil mayo., Salsa, Baked tortilla chips. Yogurt. I mix 2 oz of plain with 2 oz. activia blueberry or what ever they have and use it for a dip for grapes or any fruit. Low fat pop corn.
Low fat and low sodium turkey lunchmeat. Humus ( Chipotle pepper is my favorite) with crackers. Fat Free pudding. Graham crackers, Natural Peanutbutter. Nuts.
