motivation to loose weight

Hi everyone,
I want to introduce myself - grandma, wife and mother of 57 years wanting to loose weight- going on 3 weeks of intense exercises and dieting but I have been on my diet only since January 1 as a New Years resolution to get myself going. I have lost approximately 4 lbs my last weigh in 2 weeks ago-woohoo. My ideal shape challenge exercises coach is amazing job at coaching me in my exercises n what I need also is motivation. So I decided to join here.

    Thanks Lucy & Bill I mean loose at least 45-50 lbs I have already lost 11 lbs since I started. I took a week off because I had company and could not exercise like I normally do but my eating habits were the same, never changed they were limited & healthy. So today i am back to my exercise routine. Yay.
