Sugar and Carb Counting Help

So I log everything I can to keep the most accurate tracking. With there being good carbs and good sugars - what do I count toward my day's intake? For ex., if I'm wanting to limit my sugar intake or carb intake - do the natural sugars in fruit count toward the daily intake, or is that only added sugar I should be looking at? Same for carbs - do the good, complex carbs count toward my daily intake?

Yes, natural sugars count towards daily intake so do complex carbohydrates. I hope that was your question.0
