I am not new but I've been out of touch for a while. I'm getting back into fitness now that my back seems to be doing a little better. I originally wanted to lose weight but my goals have changed. I want to gain muscle and lose body fat. I believe that I am doing well so far but I do need to get over a hump. I just need to practice more patience and not lose motivation. I am determined.
