Ab toning exercise

I'm going on a trip in April and I want to get my abs toned, I'm already small I just want to tone up before I get into that bikini :D any exercise suggestions that you've found to work the best?

    eating healthy food with good macros in a reasonable calorie deficit.

    for strengthening, ab wheel and hanging leg raises will do.

    Hollow hold, plank jacks, renegade rows are effective core strength exercises.
  • Planking everyday is something ideal. You can even look up the plank challenge. I also recommend russian twists, side plank dips, froggy sit ups, push ups, and jack knives. All great for that core and all you can do at home.

    Ab wheel roll-out, hanging leg raises, Palof press, RKC Plank, High and low wood chops, washing machines. Some of my favourites.
  • Doings planks with one arm and one leg outstretched at the same time are killer. Alternating between left arm, and right leg, then right arm and left leg out. Love that *kitten*. And along the same lines while in a forearm plank bring the right leg to the right arm and hold it for a bit, then left leg to left arm and repeat.

    If you're not currently doing squats & deadlifts, start with those. I think most trainers would agree.
