Anyone else in bikini prep !? Would love to see all the different foods for when I want to change it up

    Hey I am.. My friend is having her wedding my Cyprus in may and I'm a bridesmaid their is about 60 guests going and I'm feeling little flabby at the min.. Want that beach body badddd x

    She meant bikini comp prep not for the beach.

    OP I'm not in prep but I think theres a competitors group here.

    I had a friend who did a comp and her food got repititive. Use pintrest and IG for ideas too.
