Hello everyone! My goal was a small one but I wanted to show you all my before and after. My height is 5"0 and I started out @ 140, now I am 122. Hope you can tell. (my face was fat too) lol....

    I ate 1200 cals of lean mean (fish, chicken, sirloin beef) no fast food, veggies and fruit and most of all I hit the gym 6days a week and stayed until I burned 650 cals a day! It was a total of 7weeks tops. Now I'm trying to get myself to eat 1500 to maintain but I'm used to only eating 1200. I'm shaping my body now but only 5days a week at the gym.
