I started lifting weights along with my cardio and cut almost everything bad for me. I've kept my fat free coffee cream and peanut butter in very small amounts.0

Did you just say you have lost 12% body fat in 3 weeks?0

Just to be clear though, I was eating whatever I wanted and not good...fatty food. So, the extreme change is what did it. I need to do this the right way or it will all come back.0

That's fine, but there is scientifically no possible way you lost 12% body fat in 3 weeks. It just doesn't work that way. If you weigh 100 lbs (I'm assuming you weigh more but you will get the point) and you lost 12% body weight (which isn't all fat), that would mean you would have needed to eat at a calorie deficit of 42000 calories over the past 3 weeks so basically averaging a 2000 calorie deficit per day.
Not possible.

I received a printout from my gym. This is what it told me. I'm not going to argue with you on what's possible or not..I've only got what I've been told from the scale.0

And my jeans...0

Congratulations on your weight loss! Keep it up! What is the challenge? Is it to see who can lose the most weight between you two?0

We are just both needing to lose and get back in shape after baby, etc... I'm going to try for 1lb per week going forward.0

Ahh, okay. They used a BIA scale I'm assuming? If that is the case, that explains the error. Those aren't accurate at all.
I'm not arguing with you at all. Just making sure you don't get your hopes up as you obviously didn't lose 12% body fat in 3 weeks. If you actually have, you need to get to a doc and have some tests ran cause you should be able to be in a millionaire in no time if you write a book as you would be the first person in the history of mankind that could pull off such a feat.

It's all good! I've lost a lot to be able to get jeans on that I haven't worn in three years! I'm happy and am going to keep on doing the healthy. Feels great!0
