First Goal DONE!!

I have been trying to consistently log my food and exercise with MFP since April 13th. When I was last weighed at the doctor's office on April 5th, I was 223.6 lbs. Today I had a doctor's appointment and weighed in at 215.5 lbs.

So 8 lbs lost in the last month! I am so excited. This was just a small success but my first one, AND it completed my first goal of losing 8 lbs and hitting 215 lbs by Memorial almost 3 weeks early.

Time to work on Goal #2 - 26 lbs loss total by my 26th BDay 07/29 - so 18 lbs to go.
