Part of my journey is learning to listen to my body. Here's a great website I found that discusses "kinds of hunger".

Which ones do you get? I"m big on "teeth hunger", "mouth hunger" and "thirst".

    Why when I spend the day at home do I think that some wonderful snack has miraculously appeared in the fridge a half an hour after I last looked?

    All of them at one time or another, biggest one has to be heart hunger..anyway, I would say my biggest day to day now is teeth hunger....grrrrrr...lol
