Well this week was crazy I swear I gained back the weight I lost!!! I feel like I just eat to eat now when I'm sad, mad, bored really any excuse. Someone told me it was bing eating but idk just need support and motivation because at this point it's like if my body fights against me then will I be able to keep it up. I have friends I go to the gym with it's just when I'm alone is when destruction happens

It is not about the food as you know. It is about your relationship with food. Are you getting enough sleep? Maybe do walking by yourself. Go to the gym more often ---like everyday and twice some days. Also, find a yoga or tai chi class so that you can develop mind/body awareness. YouTube has good videos about breathing techniques. Here is one:

I find if I'm struggling on a certain day, i make myself a fruit shake. Normally blueberries or strawberries blended together with skimmed milk. I find this fills me up and is quite low in calories compared to a packet of crisps or a biscuit. I could go back for a second if i want and i feel full and not so guilty as snacking on a chocolate bar. Other things i do is have a fruit bar. You can get them which are less than 5g of fat per 100g. I get the same satisfaction as eating sweets.
We all have days where we struggle. I sat in bed the other day and found the jelly beans someone bought me at Christmas and ate loads of them. The next day i tried to get back on the diet but it is hard.
Just keep going. Love yourself and what you have been able to achieve. I Keep thinking about what i want to look like next summer and then make sure i get weighed at a group every week so i don't want to do the walk of shame where i feel awful putting weight on and in the past I've just not gone knowing that I've put weight on.
Three years later, i put all 4 stone back on and was feeling miserable again, knowing that i worked so hard to lose it in the first place.
I also found an accountability buddy and message her every day. It's nice to know that sometimes I'm not the only one who is struggling. X0 -

Thanks pixie please. It's nice to know that i can help others along their journey, even if it's just giving advice which i have found helpful in my own journey.0
