Hahaha love the name of this discussion - I wish I experienced more of this conundrum. Good luck on getting that booty to grow, grow, grow!!0

I'm right there with ya!!! It's so much worst when we're heavy ... I still have quite a bit of weight to lose but I should maybe start working on my bumless back!!!0

Squats.
Lunges and hip thrusts can help too.0 -
Haha, I call it Pancake Bum. Basically it's my thighs that hold my jeans up, not my bum! It leads to needing to constantly pull up the back of my pants so I don't show the world more than they need to see0

I squat a LOT and still don't have much of a bum0

Just wanted to second this. Bret is the man.. Strong Curves FTW. Hit the booty from all angles with hip thrusts, glute bridges, squats, deadlifts, lunges, abductions, etc.0 -
I am right with u..bumless0

Do you squat with weights?0 -
I have found a lot of success with bridges ... or pelvic lifts or hip thrusts. Whatever you want to call them (I've heard this move called so many things). I shoot for 100 a day: 4 sets of 25 reps. I also do, um, I guess they're called scissor kicks. Where you rest on your side and lift your leg? Don't let the foot your raising touch the foot that's resting, though. Keeping it going, up and down, the whole time. Again, 100 of these: 4 sets of 25 reps. Then I bend my knee and lift my leg. I also do this 100 times: 4 sets of 25 reps. I was squatting like a fiend and getting very little out of it. This routine helped firm my butt up quite a bit. I've heard donkey kicks work really well, too. I haven't personally done that many, but why would I when I've found something that works? lol It's idea for you to try though. Good luck!0

And lunges!0 -
And, btw, you're looking amazing!!! I actually see a bit more of a bum in your last picture so you do have one! Seriously, though, congrats on what you've already accomplished. That's awesome!0

ThAnk u so much..when I had enough guts to finally show someone the first thing they said was what happened to your butt? A few more insults and that was the end of at conversation. It's only been a month and a half and I think I did alright, 27 pounds down...oh well, but thank you0

Squatting sure didn't help my no bum situation. Maybe squatting while in a surplus would help. Honestly, I feel like I see better results from walking at a high incline than from squatting because I haven't squatted in quite a while.0

Do you squat with weights?
I do! Front squats, back squats, goblet squats, air squats, lunges, lol. I think it's also age related. OP, there could be worse things than no bum! You look great!0 -
If you search for "Victoria's Secret Angel Butt Workout" on google or pinterest, you will find it... it is great for that.0

Thanks everybody. My butt is killing me from all the recommendations as I had to try them all, lol.
