Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Joanne and I'm a mum of 2. New to this forum and don't really know what I'm doing but im sure i will get the hang of it in no time at all.

Welcome aboard! I found the food diary very helpful and it's great because you can add your own recipes and it breaks down the nutritional values for you. I have found that the exercise earned calories can err on the high side so I usually change the calories earned by what the machine (if at the gym) says I really earned. Good luck to you!0
