Hi everyone, I've had myfitnesspal for a few years but never actually used it until the last few days and I love it. I have never tracked what I was eating, I just thought I could mentally judge what I was eating. No wonder I never reached my goals. After using this for just a few days, I can clearly see why haha. I will defo be using this for the long run. First goal is to get down to around 10% body fat then take start building lean muscle from there. Feel free to add me if you like.
