Ok, at almost 58 years,what do I like ...first I am thankful that I can work out like I do, that I have the health and the strength to so. I like the colour of my eyes, not the wrinkles around them, I love the fact that I am tall and like my hair..... This is a tough exercise...it is so much easier to note all the things I don't like about my body.0

I like my eyes, my arms, my shoulders, my male part (lol) after much thinking that's all I like.....
I don't like my chest (I have a huge gap in my pec muscles and my sternum is indented) I don't like my nose (my family is british and it's the size of a small boat) I don't like my hair( it's thick and curly and if it gets too long I turn into a brillow pad) I don't like my abs (I feel like they bulge out and I have a fat deposit right in the middle of my rectus abdominous) I don't like my obliques (too much lower fat), and I don't like my body hair or the breakout I'm getting
